Contributions to Age Concern England / The Time Capsule

Where you submit any contribution to the Age Concern England / The Time Capsule website, we will use and publish that piece for purposes related to the original reason for the contribution.  If Age Concern England decides that your contribution could be used in any other way we will make every effort to contact you before we use it on order to obtain your consent.  If we are unable to contact you then we will not use your contribution in any manner that may be incompatible with the original reason for which you provided it.
 
By submitting your contribution to Age Concern England you will be deemed to warrant that your contribution is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to Age Concern England for publication on its website.
 
Furthermore you warrant that your contribution is not defamatory, does not infringe any law, and that you will indemnify Age Concern England against all liability for the payment  of all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Age Concern England as a result of any breach by you for the above warranty  and you are deemed to waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the Age Concern England  website."
